I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. The vintage furniture and beautiful paintings on the walls reminded me of my childhood. The common areas, such as the terrace and garden, were well-maintained and provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel. The staff was always ready to assist and ensured that my stay was comfortable and convenient.

I would have preferred if there were a few more activities or events specifically catered to senior guests. It would have been nice to have organized outings or social gatherings to interact with other older travelers.

The room at Residence Al Lago was really cozy and comfortable. The bed was huge and super comfy, and I loved having a balcony to enjoy the view. The kitchenette was a great bonus too.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shower. But hey, that's just my opinion.

From the cozy lounge area to the beautiful terrace overlooking the lake, every corner was tastefully decorated and gave a warm and inviting ambiance. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the attention to detail in terms of accessibility. The hotel had ramps throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate with my cane. The conveniently located elevator also made it effortless for me to reach my room on the upper floor.

The only thing I wished for during my stay was a bit more assistance from the children working there. While they were polite and friendly, there were times when I could have used some extra help with my bags or navigating the area.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is perfect, as it is very close to the attractive old town center with good restaurants. Additionally, being situated on the shore of Lago Trasimeno, it is also just a stone's throw away from the lake where the ferry departs for Isola Maggiore.

The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close to the lake and situated on the shore of Lago Trasimeno. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast provided is excellent, and I particularly liked that they offered special egg dishes for a small charge of eu5 per person.

All aspects of this hotel were superb and exceeded our expectations.

Staying close to the old town center has its perks, as everything is within walking distance - good restaurants, beautiful architecture and charming streets. If you're a nature enthusiast, you'll be happy to know this accommodation is very close to a large lake, which you can admire from your room. Make sure to catch the ferry to the nearby island to visit the historical landmarks. The room facilities are convenient, with a fridge and a sofa. The friendly host makes your stay even more enjoyable.

The staff wasn't particularly helpful when it came to giving advice on where to eat dinner or accommodating dietary restrictions.

Best experience ever! We spent our New Year holiday at a cozy guesthouse by the lake. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The owner, a kind man with a great sense of humor, made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. We liked the fact that we had a balcony with a view of the pool. the guesthouse was located just a few minutes from the lake, which offered us an incredible panoramic view.

Worst aspect - Unfortunately, the guesthouse lacked some amenities that we would have enjoyed. Although we had access to the internet, the connection was quite weak.

During my recent stay at Residence Al Lago, I had the pleasure of experiencing the excellent location of the hotel. Being just a stone's throw away from the beautiful lake, I was able to enjoy scenic walks and admire the stunning views. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to other charming towns in Umbria and Tuscany allowed me to easily explore and discover the rich cultural heritage of the region.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the occasional poor internet connection and some dusty areas in the rooms, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.
